The purpose of a Certified Fitness Assistant (CFA) is to promote the health and fitness participation of new and existing fitness members and customers.
The CFA helps to provide a friendly and well-informed fitness environment, actively assisting other fitness staff and centre members.
No previous experience required
The course is comprised of 3 primary sections, containing 2 main lessons in each section.
These lessons are taught and delivered through the online learning platform. Each section has relevant assessments that test knowledge and understanding against the required standards at level 2.
