Battle Ropes combine power, core training, conditioning, and overall shoulder health in a heart-pounding workout. Learn the fundamental principles and movements of battle rope training, and how to introduce this tool into a fitness routine.
INCLUDED, UPON COMPLETION: WHAT TO EXPECT: To learn and apply the skills of this course, we recommend having a TRX Suspension Trainer, access to a battle or conditioning rope, and a device to access the course materials, (computer or tablet recommended). COURSE MATERIALS: Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and CECs/CEUs. COURSE NOTES: Digital downloads are non-refundable. All Registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Course Completion and Continuing Education credits.
