This online course will show you how powerful the TRX Suspension Trainer can be in improving performance and durability on the bike. With as little as 30 minutes two to three times per week, the TRX can help you build strength, power, mobility, and stability that will transfer to the road, trail, or bike path, or riding at home with your Peloton crew!

  • Digital Videos, Reading Material, Interactive Elements.
  • 1-2 hours of digital education taught by Dan McDonogh.
     
    What to Expect
    To best learn and apply the skills of this course, we recommend having:
    • A TRX Suspension Trainer.
    • A Rip Trainer.
    • Access to an electronic device (computer or tablet preferred).
       
      Description
      • This course is designed to enhance cycling performance through the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. Participants will learn how to improve strength, power, mobility, and stability, which are crucial for cycling. The course is suitable for all levels, from recreational riders to serious cyclists.
         
        Course Materials
        All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion & CECs/CEUs. Included in this course are Digital Videos, Reading Material, Interactive Elements, and 1-2 hours of digital education taught by Dan McDonogh.
         
        Duration
        • 1-2 hours of digital education, providing comprehensive training for enhancing cycling performance.
           
          Upon Completion of This Course, You Will Be Able To
          • Understand the benefits of TRX training for cycling performance.
          • Implement exercises to improve strength, power, mobility, and stability on the bike.
          • Utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer for targeted cycling workouts.
