Level 4 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity (RQF) aims to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills to confidently offer nutritional advice to clients within the fitness sector. This qualification will enable learners to analyse their clients’ nutritional habits and learn how to set realistic goals to help improve weight management and encourage healthy eating.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification; however, it is recommended that learners hold the Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (or equivalent).
Learners must achieve the following mandatory units to achieve a total of 6 credits.
● Coursework/Project.

● Portfolio of Evidence.
